Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Shallots thinly sliced
  • ½ Cup water
  • Cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Stir the water, vinegar, sugar and salt together in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Add the sliced shallots to a jar. Pour the liquid over the shallots and let them sit for 20 minutes before using.
