Equipment

Ingredients
  

  • 10-12 Assorted bagels such as everything, plain, poppy and sesame
  • 16 Ounces cold smoked salmon such as nova or sockeye
  • 8 Ounces whitefish salad
  • 4 Oucnes hot smoked salmon
  • 2 Ounces salmon roe (optional)
  • 8 Ounces scallion cream cheese
  • 8 Ounces plain cream cheese
  • 1 Recipe quick pickled shallots
  • 2 Ripe tomatoes sliced
  • ½ English cucumber thinly sliced
  • 2 Tablespoons capers drained and patted dry
  • Fresh dill roughly chopped
  • Chives minced

Instructions
 

  • Add the whitefish salad, roe, cream cheeses, pickled shallots, capers, dill and chives to small bowls.
  • Arrange the ingredients on a large board, starting with the fish. Add the bowls, and then fill in the board with the veggies. Keep the bagels on the side of the board so that they don't get soggy.
  • Add butter knives and cocktail forks to the board for easy serving. Arrange serving plates and napkins to the side.
  • Enjoy!
